Are you still operating during the COVID-19 pandemic?

Yes for sure! Our boxes are all available to order, for contactless delivery within 45km of Northern Gold Coast. Depending on restrictions at the time our grazing tables are also available. If for any reason we go into sudden lockdown and your event needs to be cancelled we are more than happy to work with you to reschedule your event and platter delivery.

When do you do deliveries?

We are open and delivering Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Deliveries are made between 8am - 6pm with 2 hour window selections. We can’t guarantee exact delivery times however if you had a specific time required please let us know and we can accomodate to the best of our abilities.

How far in advance do I need to book?

The larger grazing tables require 5 days notice and the boxes and board require at least 48 hours. 

If your event is on a Saturday we would recommend booking as early as possible as Saturday’s are our busiest days!

Our online store requires a 100% payment when ordering, if you would like to make a tentative booking with us please send us an email.

How does it all work ? 

You place an order via our online store with selected platters, delivery date and delivery time window. You will receive an email that we have received your order and another email stating your order is “processing” this means we have booked your order in for delivery. We only contact you again via email if there are any issues with the delivery date or time.

Do you cater for dietary requirements or allergies?

Yes! We cater for majority of dietary requirements and allergies. We even do vegetarian and vegan grazes.

Where do you deliver to?

We are located in Northern Gold Coast, we deliver to the Gold Coast and brisbane . If you are unsure if we deliver to your area please send us an email or dm with your delivery suburb.

Do you attach invoices to platters ?

As we deliver a lot of gift platter we do not attach invoices to platters. Invoices are sent out to email address supplied when purchasing.

Why do all your platters look different ?

As we pride ourselves on using local produce and suppliers when possible. We always ask our suppliers what’s best in season or the bakers new favourite item. This keeps us on our toes using all our creative outlets to keep our platters looking fresh and amazing !

Sometimes we are driving to deliveries, setting up amazing grazing tables on special days or taking some time to read a book to the kids. We promise we will get back to you.
